Static electricity prevention
In winter dry season, static electricity is getting stronger.
You may be hurt because of it or sheet might be stuck onto dieboard?
If static trouble occurs in diecut, it could lead to rejected products or contamination.
It is one of troubles which need to be prevented in short lead time or strict quality issue.
Many operators try to keep humidity with spray or humidifier as anti-static, however, it would be difficult to remove static in machine inside.
Our solution would support to prevent static in sheet diecut.
When friction or strong force is applied to the two types of electricity that people and objects have, positive and negative, the balance is lost. At this time, the state of being positively charged is called “static electricity”.
There are places around you where static electricity is likely to occur, such as clothing, car doors, and door knobs.
Static electricity never disappears.
The point is to prevent charged static and delay static generation.
Spray is eff ective immediately, however, it is highly volatile and does not last long.
