(1) Cleaning flexo- ink, anti-slip agent (varnish)

LIFEPOWER-RT-36 is an emulsion type cleaner that can cleans resins that other cannot remove.
The power of LIFEPOWER has been proven at many printers.
LIFEPOWER-RT-36 works especially to Anilox Roller (ceramic or chromium plating).

(2) Cleaning printing-plate

At either automatic cleaning or manual cleaning, dilute LIFEPOWER with 3 to 5 times of water.
Spray it on the plate then clean by brushes.
(Capable to clean for both ‘Doctor-Cut method’ and ‘Roller-Cut method’).

Advantage of Circulating type

＜1＞ Cleanable during operation (Anilox-roller stop). ※ Some machines are not available.
＜2＞ Rubber roller can be cleaned at the same time.(roller-cut method).
＜3＞ Capable to clean inks stuck inside of ink supply bulbs.
